A California man has been accused of using Microsoft's Xbox Live to lure a 14-year-old boy to a park where he molested the minor.
Ronnie Brendan Watts, 26, of Placerville, California has yet to enter a plea as of yesterday regarding charges that include using the Internet to solicit a minor.
The correspondence between the two individuals occurred during October and November of last year via Xbox Live. Apparently, the relationship involved not only chat over Xbox Live, but also e-mails and lewd video clips of Watts.
Eventually, the boy gave Watts his phone number and home address, and they met in a park in November where the abuse occurred. Watts' arrest took place on December 15, and his Xbox, laptop and assortment of cameras were seized by police.
